These conditions are primarily intended for standard goods that are so standardized that more or less identical goods are provided by several suppliers. The conditions are less extensive than NL 09 and do not, for example, contain any regulations on drawings, descriptions and delivery samples. The liability rules are simpler and allow the purchaser to get out of the contract more quickly if the delivery is delayed or defective.
