Due to an error in the translation of NL 17 into English (NL 17 E), the document has been corrected on February 12, 2021. The correction concerns clause 36, where the text “…the Seller shall have no liability for defects in any part of the Product for more than two years from the end of the liability period referred to in Clause 26..." has been changed to “...the Seller shall have no liability for defects in any part of the Product for more than one year from the end of the liability period referred to in Clause 26, first sentence...”. The document NL 17 E that is available here is thus the corrected version. We apologize for this and ask users to dispose of all incorrect copies in electronic and physical form to avoid problems.
