NKL 23 are intended to be used when the employer contracts a consultant who performs the assignment on a time basis. The consultant is not responsible for the result but is obliged to perform the assignment with professional skill and care, and with due regard to the employer’s interests. NKL 23 are therefore suitable when the employer outsources work for resource reasons or when it is unclear whether a specific result can be achieved. The intended geographical area of use is the Nordic countries.
