NKF 07 E are intended to be used when one company contracts with another company to perform a consulting assignment. The assignment is carried out for a lump sum price and with responsibility for the result. The General Conditions are best suited for assignments where a certain result is assumed to be possible to achieve and the amount of work can be estimated with some certainty. NKF 07 E are therefore suitable when a consultant’s specific competence is sought.
